How to Avoid Binge Eating

I recently read about someone who has had problems with binge eating and wanted advice. There was this great weight loss and actually hit its first major milestone of success. And the next day they found themselves buying cookies and candies and eat all in one sitting. Has this ever happened to you? It certainly happened to me.

After having been on the road to weight loss for some time, this is one of the most common experience I have seen others talk about even experienced it himself. So how what causes binge eating or compulsive eating and how to prevent it happening?

a) When you lose weight and feel successful, feel inclined to celebrate. And we are led to celebrate especially with food. I noticed that if I’m losing weight like me to become more watchful and strict with the diet, but if I was losing weight, as I have, subconsciously, I switch gears and usually to the coast or even taken a few liberties with my diet. It may also be due to the fact that we got too confident of success.

b) If you are going from bad eating all the time just good nutrition at all times in a short time, your mind and body will try to retaliate and go back to”things such as “. It is at least 1 or 2 cheat meals a week, so for our mind and body that are matched from one extreme to another.

So if you’re constantly depriving yourself of foods you invite, you have probably lost control of the pulse and overeat. If you do not, then consider your binge as your cheat meal, lose their guilt, and go for the extra long walk tonight to burn those extra calories. Guilt can lead to further binging guilt, whereas in fact they hate themselves for their actions (or non-actions)
